01The service

Plai is a creative production service for mobile game user-acquisition teams. We take gameplay footage, screenshots and a brief and produce a creative pack that may include a storyboard, a playable ad concept, an end card, copy variants and banner sizes, with human review against common ad-network specifications. Plai is a production layer with a human in the loop — it is not a fully autonomous, self-serve export tool, and it is not a game engine.

02Pilots, packages & orders

We offer an initial pilot pack and ongoing monthly packages for studios and agencies. The exact scope, deliverables, turnaround and price of any engagement are confirmed in writing after we review your brief. Prices shown on our website are indicative and may change; the agreed quote for your project governs.

03Your responsibilities

To deliver quality work quickly, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate information and the assets needed to produce your pack.
• Confirm you have the rights to any footage, art, audio, brand or other materials you send us.
• Respond to questions and review requests in a timely manner.
• Use the deliverables in compliance with the policies of the ad networks and stores you target.

04Your content & licence

You retain ownership of all gameplay footage, screenshots, brand assets and other materials you provide ("Your Content"). You grant Plai a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce and adapt Your Content solely to evaluate feasibility and produce the deliverables you request. You represent that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

05Deliverables & ownership

On full payment for a project, the final deliverables we create specifically for you — the storyboard, playable concept, end card, copy and banners — are yours to use for your advertising. Plai retains ownership of its underlying templates, tooling, internal methods and any reusable components not unique to your project. We may describe the general nature of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

06Turnaround & expectations

Our headline promise is a first pack within an hour of receiving the assets and information we need. Turnaround begins once your brief and required assets are complete, and may vary with complexity, revision cycles and your responsiveness. We make no guarantee regarding advertising performance metrics such as ROAS, CPI or install rates; results depend on many factors outside our control.

07Fees & payment

Fees, billing cadence and any included revisions are set out in your agreed quote or package. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due as invoiced and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Late or non-payment may pause work or delivery of deliverables.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or service to: infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; submit unlawful, deceptive or harmful content; misrepresent your identity or authority; or interfere with the operation or security of our systems. We may decline or stop work that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

09Disclaimers & liability

Our website and service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plai's total liability arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant project, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

10Changes, termination & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes. Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable quote. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
